Working Principle
When the main shaft rotates, the auxiliary shafts rotate accordingly. The grinding rollers revolve around the main shaft while simultaneously rotating around their own auxiliary shafts, generating strong centrifugal force and producing intense roller-compaction action with the grinding ring. Under the combined action of centrifugal force and the rotational force of the grinding rollers, the material enters the grinding zone formed between the rollers and the grinding ring, where it is crushed. The crushed material falls onto the material throwing disc and is then lifted by the system’s negative pressure into the classification chamber for classification. The qualified fine powder enters the collection system, while the coarse material falls back for further grinding. The purified air is discharged by the induced draft fan.
Application Fields
Widely suitable for grinding and pulverizing conventional materials such as ground calcium carbonate, kaolin, marble, barite, gypsum, calcium oxide, calcium hydroxide, activated carbon, pitch coke, pyrolytic carbon black, limestone, calcite, talc, graphite, and other non-flammable and non-explosive materials with moisture content below 8% and Mohs hardness below 8.
