Introduction to Mobile Molino Raymond
The mobile Raymond mill (referred to as mobile Raymond mill) is a mobile grinding equipment designed by Kenex Mining Machinery for mobile powder processing operations. Its core feature is that the main unit, classifier, fan, piping system, etc., are all installed on an integrated base. This design changes the traditional Raymond mill operation mode that requires on-site foundation construction and welding assembly. The mobile Raymond mill can be put into production immediately after being lifted into position, with easy installation and disassembly, and flexible relocation. It provides an economical and efficient powder processing solution for temporary production lines such as highways, mines, and batching plants.
Features and Advantages of Mobile Raymond Mill
Process Flow of Mobile Molino Raymond
Raw Material → Mobile Crusher → Bucket Elevator → Mobile Raymond Mill → Cyclone Collector → Pulse Bag Filter → Finished Packaging
1. Raw Material Processing
Large pieces of raw material are first coarsely crushed by a mobile crusher, then conveyed by a bucket elevator to a storage hopper. The mobile crusher is a crushing unit with the crusher and its auxiliary systems integrated on a mobile chassis, featuring the same flexible relocation capability as the mobile Raymond mill.
2. Grinding and Classification
Then the feeder located below the storage hopper delivers the material quantitatively, uniformly, and continuously into the mobile Raymond mill for grinding and classification. The mobile-designed feeding system is also integrated around the base, eliminating the need for an additional feeding platform on site. Thanks to the integrated base design (the return air box is welded with the base as one piece), the main unit has greater structural rigidity and less vibration during grinding, ensuring that the mobile Raymond mill operates smoothly even without a cast concrete foundation.
3. Collection and Dust Removal
Finally, the classified qualified fine powder enters the collection and dust removal system, where finished product collection and exhaust gas purification are achieved. The entire collection and dust removal system (cyclone collector + pulse bag filter + piping system) is pre-assembled on the integrated base, and is lifted and relocated together with the main unit without requiring disassembly.

Mobile Raymond Mill – Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the difference between a mobile Raymond mill and a traditional Raymond mill?
A:
Q: Does the mobile Raymond mill operate smoothly?
A: Although the mobile Raymond mill does not have a fixed cast concrete foundation, its base adopts an integrated design. The return air box is welded with the base as one piece. Compared to traditional split-type structures, the structural rigidity is higher, operational vibration is lower, and the system runs stably.
Q: What is the difference between a mobile Raymond mill and a small Raymond mill?
