SUM guided impact crusher

The SUM Series mill is a dry cyclone-guided impact crusher. It ingeniously utilizes curved and straight guide plates for material feeding, reasonably applies the collision and shearing mechanisms between the rotating materials and the liners/hammers, features variable frequency adjustment for impeller classification, integrates crushing and classification into a single unit, employs PLC-based intelligent control, and operates under a negative pressure system.

Working Principle
Material enters the high-speed rotating double-layer flying disc through the feeding device and passes through the curved guide, where it flows in a concentrated stream and rapidly impacts the liner to be broken. The broken material is then subjected to secondary impact by the hammers, undergoing further shearing and friction for pulverization. The pulverized material enters the classification zone under the dual action of the induced draft from the fan and the secondary air flow. The qualified product separated by the classification impeller enters the cyclone collector, while the coarse material falls back into the grinding chamber for re-pulverization. The purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.

Non-metallic minerals, chemicals, food, pigments, battery materials, flame-retardant materials, slag, starch, coke, needle coke, petroleum coke, graphite, alumina, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, baking soda, fly ash, humus, soybean meal, sodium benzoate, silica gel, over-milled materials, etc.

Suitable for pulverizing products with D50 between 4–75 μm. The desired particle size can be achieved by adjusting the classifying impeller.
