What causes excessively high or low ore discharge concentration?

When the ore discharge concentration exceeds the specified requirement, the cause must first be identified. First, check the ore feed record to see if the ore quantity has changed. If it has increased, and there are no other reasons, the ore quantity can be reduced. Second, check if the water pressure has changed. If the water pressure is low (manifested as a reduced water flow), causing the excessive concentration, the ore quantity should also be reduced accordingly to adapt to the change. If increasing the water flow is effective, the concentration can also be adjusted by adjusting the water flow.

If the concentration is below the specified requirement, the adjustment method is the opposite of that for excessive concentration. During the adjustment process, it is essential to pay attention to any changes in other operating conditions to avoid overlooking other factors.
