The SZF Series Impact Crusher and Shaping Machine consists of feeding, crushing, dust collection, and electrical control systems. It is an ingenious combination of centrifugal motion, parabolic motion, and impact principles. The crushing chamber is determined according to the specific gravity and particle size of the raw material. After crushing and shaping, the material yields good particle shape and high purity.

Working Principle
Material continuously enters the high-speed rotating disc. Under centrifugal force, it is thrown out and projected into the impact chamber, forming a curved material layer. It then undergoes secondary impact with the material ejected from the disc, resulting in crushing and shaping. The crushed and shaped material flows out along the lower chamber. The disc speed is adjusted via frequency conversion to control particle size. Dust and impurities are collected by the dust collector.
