This machine is a dry ultrafine grinding and classifying equipment combining fluidized bed jet milling technology with self-classification technology. The jet mill, together with a cyclone separator, dust collector, induced draft fan, and electrical control cabinet, forms a complete grinding system. Compressed air, after filtration and drying, is injected at high speed into the grinding chamber through Laval nozzles. The material is crushed by collision, friction, and shearing at the intersection of multiple high-pressure air jets. Under the suction of the fan, the crushed material is classified by an impeller. Fine particles enter the cyclone separator for collection, while coarse particles fall back into the grinding zone for further grinding.
Widely used in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, battery materials, metallurgy, kaolin, talc, quartz, graphite, alumina, flame-retardant materials, ceramics, pigments, food additives, colorants, luminescent materials, rare earths, resins, carbon black, aluminum hydroxide, activated carbon, copper powder, pharmaceuticals, and pesticides.
