This flotation machine is designed for coarse particles and is suitable for small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises processing non‑ferrous, ferrous, precious metal, and non‑metallic minerals. The feed size ranges from 45% to 98% passing 0.074 mm, with a pulp density less than 45%. Its characteristics are as follows:
This flotation machine is designed for coarse particles and is suitable for small‑ and medium‑sized enterprises processing non‑ferrous, ferrous, precious metal, and non‑metallic minerals. The feed size ranges from 45% to 98% passing 0.074 mm, with a pulp density less than 45%. Its characteristics are as follows:
(1) Self‑priming of air, with an air suction capacity up to 1.2 m³·m⁻²·min⁻¹;
(2) Self‑priming of pulp – can draw feed pulp and froth middlings from outside the machine, allowing a flat layout between flotation cells;
(3) Good pulp circulation inside the cell, stable pulp surface, no swirling or surging;
(4) High separation efficiency, improving the recovery of both coarse and fine particles;
(5) Low power consumption – saves 15–20% of energy compared with similar flotation machines of the same specification, while still drawing sufficient air and pulp;
(6) Long service life of wear parts – in particular, the life of the impeller and stator is more than double that of similar flotation machines.
