Incorporating technology from Japan and Germany, and building upon the traditional ACM air classifying mill, continuous technological innovation has led to the development of several modified equipment variants based on different material characteristics, including dual-shaft configuration, horizontal classification configuration, and vertical classification configuration.

The complete production line consists of a feeding system, crushing and classification system, collection device, dust collector, and PLC intelligent control system.

Suitable for ultra-fine grinding, shaping, deagglomeration, and surface modification of powder materials.

Working Principle


Material is fed into the grinding chamber by the feeding system, where it is strongly impacted by the high-speed grinding disc. Under centrifugal force, it is crushed through collision, shearing, and friction with the toothed ring and hammers. After classification by the classifying wheel, the material that meets the fineness requirement is collected by the cyclone, while the coarse material returns to the chamber for further grinding. The purified air is discharged by the induced draft fan.
