The Ansteel Gushouyu iron ore is a finely disseminated, low-grade magnetite with a total iron grade of 31.90% and a fine iron content of 96.14%. Iron is distributed in magnetite, and also exists in the form of siderite, iron silicate, and pseudomorphic and semi-pseudomorphic hematite. The multi-element analysis and iron phase analysis of the ore are shown in Tables 4-14 and 4-15, respectively.

Ansteel’s Gushouyu iron ore was processed using a staged grinding and beneficiation process (process flow shown in Figure 4-6). The final experiment… The results showed that the grade of the raw ore was 31.90%, the grade of the concentrate was 65.53%, the concentrate yield was 27.07%, and the grade of the middlings was 59.74%. The medium ore yield is 14.34%, the tailings grade is 9.55%, and the tailings yield is 58.59%; for the second-stage grinding closed circuit, the third… The ore from the four-stage fine screening was returned to the three-stage grinding process for continuous beneficiation tests. The results showed that when the raw ore grade was 31.72 %, the concentrate… The ore grade is 65.05%, the tailings grade is 10.21%, and the metal recovery rate is 80.43%.
