The SCR series impact mill is an ultra-fine crushing and classifying equipment developed by our company’s engineers and technicians based on extensive experiments. It incorporates advanced foreign crushing technology and combines it with domestic advanced powder processing experience. The feeding system, crusher, classifier, cyclone, deflector, dust collector, induced draft fan, water cooling system, and electric control system together form a complete production line.
The crushing mechanism of the SCR series impact mill is based on impact, shearing, and collision. Crushing and classification are both completed within the same machine housing, yet each operates independently. Under the action of air vortex and centrifugal force, materials are crushed through collision and shearing. Through variable‑frequency turbine classification, qualified powder is collected by the collector, while coarse powder is sent back for re‑crushing. The mill is suitable for crushing, shaping, and the dispersion and classification of agglomerated materials.
